The structure of the quality management system template
A quality manual is the company’s portfolio for quality and must show it off to get more and more business. A manual includes the communication between the procedures which can be done in many ways. The companies can choose the certification of the top level methods according to the standards. The interface between the processes is defined in the manual with reference to each other. The companies can document the structure of the management in the manual. Another vital feature of the handbook is that it can act a marketing instrument. A properly scripted and competently published quality management manual can be a strong publicity tool. The future customers, contractors and vendors can come to know about your organization. They can be assured of the quality of the manufactured produce and its agreement with the regulatory specifications. Thus the manufacturers give so much weight to their manual documentation.

Name of the documents
The title of the documentation of the quality management system template must send the idea behind it to the reader and guide him to the right direction in the system. The name can be short and just enough long to give the message. The reduction in size will reduce wastage in the publications and consultation. This will keep the things less complicated and just appropriate for the users. The shortening of the title will make it more readable and attractive. The length of the name can be stretched to completely accommodate the documentation listed under it. In order to conserve the costs the naming of the tiles is decided to suit the purpose.

Numbering of the documents
This number system will give identification to the documents in the quality management manual template. The use of the number pattern of the document can improve the meaning to its title. The minimal approach of the numeration will make the documentation less confusing and precise to the system. A fewer numbers in the documentation can be acceptable to the readers as the short and simple move is more likely to keep the readers focussed.
